Return policy is based on the Czech law.
After you receive our delivery please check it immediately. If you are
not satisfied with goods received you can complain in 5 days
after delivery via e-mail or fax.
It is necessary to send faulty goods back to us. If your complaint will be
reasonable we will reimburse your postage costs. Please return goods in
original and not damaged packing and attach documents which confirm the
